(Nigerian Army) Military lifts ban on movement in Borno and Yobe

Reports reaching Pulse News from the Nigerian Army Headquarters say the ban on movement in Borno and Yobe states.
The Army HQ, on their Twitter timeline,  also asked Nigerians to “exercise maximum caution and alertness and should promptly report any suspicious individual.”
