Chris Brown is reportedly asking the court to force his baby mama, Nia Guzman to shut up and stop bad mouthing him in public as well as telling the world that he is a terrible father to their daughter, Royalty.
Brown filed documents for an injunction blocking Guzman from bashing him to news media and on social media.

The pair are to appear in court Friday, September 11 to come to an agreement on the custody of their child. Sources tell TMZ, the fight won't be easy.

Royalty's mom and dad have had very public beefs
-- most recently when each accused the other of endangering their
daughter. Guzman Sources say she thinks the gag order is a joke, since
she only blasts Chris when he starts with her.

Brown is demanding for a joint custody of Royalty and monthly child support. But Guzman is going for sole custody and wants $15k/month instead of $2,500/month. This case won't be quick and easy. As one source put it, "It's gonna get nasty."
